Stripe Fulfillment Policy
By making a payment through Stripe, you agree to the following terms:
Fulfillment & Delivery:
Orders are processed manually and may take time to confirm. You’ll receive an
email once your order is reviewed. Check your spam/junk folder if you don’t
receive it. Delivery times vary; notify us of firm deadlines at the time of
order.
Returns & Refunds:
Refunds may be granted if the product is incorrect, faulty, or damaged.
Refunds will not be issued for change of mind, dislike, incorrect sizing, or
customer-submitted errors (e.g., artwork or size).
Cancellations:
Once confirmed, orders are generally non-cancellable. Requests may be
considered case-by-case depending on the order status.
Payments & Taxes:
We accept payment via checks, ACH, or credit cards (via Stripe; surcharges may apply).
Sales tax is applied per local/state laws.
